Return & Refund Policy

Free exchanges and returns for a full refund.

Please send us an email with your return address and reason for return: kuhupetsupplies@gmail.com

Please allow 3 business days to receive the return label via email- which will need to be printed. For a fee a return label can be mailed to you (allow additional time to receive).

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are unused and unworn

• The goods are in the same condition you received them in

International returns incur a restocking fee of $10

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
